Yester went for food tasting n as well as to chat over the GDL and finalise the things that need to be done fr my wedding. There were 9 of us included my cousin who was very mischiefives...cant send stand her le.haha hee finally took my invitation cards fr the restaurant..The wedding guest book look not bad but i'm thinking whether wan to get my own version of the guest book or not..below are the pics and review of my own opinion of the food.hee The overall presentation of the food is nice n look great and yummy!!

1) Deluxe Cold Dish Combination
The dish contains 4 combinations of differnet kind of food. Drunken chicken, jelly in spring onion oil, crispy eel and roast pork. I like best is the crispy eel like ikan bilias..haha i also change the jelly to salad prawns..
2)Braised Shark's Fin with Crabmeat
The indigents that are inside is yummy..esp there are lots of crabmeat and the fins too..Can be eaten without vinager and pepper!!
3)Sauteed Prawns with Chilli sause This pic show partially of the prawns onli..cos talk till forget to take pic le..lol..the prawns was yummy but a bit too salty le..it was not spicy at all..those who like chinese mee siam,the spicyness taste something like tt..
4)Steam ''Soon Hock' with Soya Sauce
I like this fish very much as the sauce was salty-sweet type le. But oh becareful of the bones le..btw i onli eat the fish meat le..hee
5)Braised Lingzhi Mushroom with Pearl Abalone
well this dish was nice n yummy..on top of the vege was the lingzhi mushroom and the side was the pearl abalone..abalone was soft enough and easy to bit thru. was indeed yummy..as my cousin ate almost 7 pieces of them..haha
6) Fillet of Smoked Duck
This is my favourite dish of all! The smell of smoked duck filled the air! It was to be eaten with bun and the sauce. Super Yummy!!

7)Stir-fried egg white with Scallops
This dish was also yummy..when eaten it was like drinking soup with indigents inside le..haha Nice nice le..Simple dish with simple layout.
8)Zha Jiang La Mian
It was too spicy for some ppl to take but the taste is nice..as my relatives n frens don take spicy food so in the end we change this dish to Ee Fu Noodle..
9)Chilled White Fungus with Red Date
More towards the chinese desert with red date . After all the delicious food, chilled desert helped u to smoothen yr stomach...
